On Sunday, January 18, 2026 four convertibles from the Mustang Club of San Diego drove four Miss Black Global Pageants Girls and one Mustang drove Mrs. Universe Alms 2025. The four drivers that drove the Miss Black Global Pageants Girls were;Andrew Minjares, Jeffrey Appel and his wife, Pete Bishop and Theresa Esparza and her daughter. The driver that drove Mrs. Universe Alms was Sheldon & Sheila Jurist. There were 82 groups participating in the MLK parade. The parade was well run, but didn’t start until 11:00am, because of another function that took place before the parade. After the parade, four of the drivers, with their significant other, for a total of seven went to STP Bar & Grill for lunch.
