I understand the requirements as outlined above. I understand that I and this business and its personnel are voluntarily participating in this event, and hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue the San Diego Port District, the City or County of San Diego and the officers and employees of each; or the Mustang Club of San Diego and its officers and members, for any injury, death or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, our participation in the event, including passive negligence of myself or of any other participants in the event.

Mustangs By The Bay

Display Space

  1. Showtime: 9am to 3pm, October 5, 2024. Set-up must be complete by 7:30 am in your designated Carshow location.
  2. No vehicles larger than a car or pick-up truck allowed on the grass before, during or after the show.
  3. Parking for vendor vehicles provided in the adjacent parking lot
  4. Supply your assigned area with your own equipment, booth, chairs, and helpers.
  5. Pop-ups strongly suggested; weights are permitted stakes are prohibited.
  6. Supply your own power, if needed. No electrical outlets onsite.
  7. No alcoholic beverages onsite.
  8. Clean your area at the end of the show.  Remove any trash you generate with you.
